Precision-Driven Full Arch Restorations with iCAM Photogrammetry

Experience unmatched accuracy and efficiency in digital implant workflows. Haupt Dental Lab’s iCAM 4D Photogrammetry system enables clinicians to capture exact implant positions and soft-tissue data for superior fit, function, and esthetics in every full-arch case.

The Future of Full Arch Dentistry

At Haupt Dental Lab, we combine advanced photogrammetry with digital artistry to deliver seamless full-arch restorations. Utilizing the iCAM4D Photogrammetry System, we help clinicians achieve faster turnaround times, higher precision, and improved patient outcomes compared to conventional scanning workflows.

Our protocol ensures consistent accuracy from the initial provisional scan to the final zirconia restoration — fully digitized, fully integrated, and fully supported by our expert restorative team.

Why Choose iCAM Photogrammetry

Unmatched Accuracy

The iCAM4D captures exact 3D spatial relationships of multi-unit abutments, ensuring micrometer precision for screw-retained restorations.

Streamlined Workflow

Reduce appointments and remakes. Our digital protocol simplifies communication between clinician and lab, minimizing chair time and enhancing patient comfort.

Consistent, Predictable Results

Every step — from tissue scans to prototype delivery — is guided by a well-defined digital workflow tested and refined by the Haupt Dental Lab team.

Optimized Esthetics & Function

Accurate implant positioning and verified occlusion allow us to design restorations that look, feel, and perform like natural dentition.

Our Digital Full-Arch Protocol

Appointment #1 — Patient Records

1. Photographs: Capture high-resolution images of the patient with provisional restorations.

2. Provisional & Opposing Scans: Record soft tissue, contours, and bite scans for proper alignment.

3. Tissue & Shade Scans: Capture healed tissue and confirm shade preferences.

4. iCAM Photogrammetry Scan: Record exact MUA positions using the iCAM4D system.

Appointment #2 — Delivery of Working Prototype

1. Delivery & Occlusion Check: Seat the new working prototype, adjust occlusion, and verify centric contacts.

2. Photographs & Review: Capture new photos and confirm patient comfort and esthetics.

3. Lab Follow-Up: Send updated data and images to Haupt Lab for refinements.

Appointment #3 — Delivery of Final Restoration

1. Delivery: Seat the final zirconia restoration with Vortex screws torqued to 15 Ncm.

2. Final Adjustments & Photography: Verify occlusion, capture final case photos, and confirm fit and esthetics.

3. Lab Archiving: Haupt Lab retains all working models and digital files for case continuity.
